We are the Devon LGBTQ Climbing Club!

We are proud to be Devon's only climbing club for LGBTQ+ people and their friends, and the second LGBTQ+ club to be affiliated with the BMC. We have weekly indoor sport climbing sessions at The Quay Climbing Centre, Exeter, and also regularly boulder indoors at the Climbing Hangar. You can also join us for one of our regular outdoors trips all across the UK.

We have members of all ages, orientations, and gender identities as well as across all experience ranges from beginners to qualified instructors. No matter if you have never climbed before or have been leading expeditions for decades you are welcome to join us.

Our History:

Let's Go Belay and Boulder Together Climbing Club started in 2021 as a small group of friends and has continued to grow into the friendly community it is today. Our founding member and current chairperson, Mike, was also part of the team to set up ClimbOut, the UK’s first Queer Climbing Festival that takes place every year in May.
